Full property management is charged at:

12% + VAT of rents received for licensed HMO properties

Administration Support:
Preparation of paperwork for an appearance at court is charged at £100 + VAT per tenant
Court Appearance charged at £18 per hour plus travelling expenses
HMO Application including floor plans are charged at £150 + VAT *plus the local authority chargeable fee
Certificate of Lawfulness Application are charged at £100 + VAT *plus the local authority chargeable fee
General Property Maintenance Including Garden Upkeep:
For jobs that are complete in the first 1/2 Hour visit from 1 x maintenance operative – £26 plus VAT
For jobs that are complete in the first 1 hour visit from 1 x maintenance operative cost – £36 plus VAT
Any additional time at the property over the first hour will be charged every half hour at £18 plus VAT
The rate for a second operative is charged every half hour at £12.50 plus VAT

Out Of Hours Emergency Call Out:
Initial call out and up to 1 hours repair for 1 x operative – £45 plus VAT
Any additional time at the property over the first hour will be charged every half house at £18 plus VAT

Property Clearance:
We also offer a rubbish / furniture removal and disposal service. The price is based on the amount of rubbish removed along side where at the property it is located. Please let us know if you would like a quote for this work.
