Reporting Maintenance 

To report a maintenance issue simply drop a whatsapp message into your house chat OR email

Emergency Maintenance

For example: Leaks, loss of power, heating or hot water, unsecured property, an alarm that will not silence or reset following an activation
or a faulty lock meaning the tenants are locked out or in a property

If something has been damaged or broken at the property and you would like 0ur assistance in rectifying this prior to the end of your tenancy, we have a maintenance team that may be able to help you. Lost Keys

If you lose your key a new one can be purchased from the office during our opening hours (please call ahead so we can have this ready for you). If you require a key out of office hours an out of hours emergency call out charge will apply. If you later find your keys you can request a refund upon the return of the replacement set. Lock Out

If you are locked out of your property during office hours you can borrow a key from the office at no charge providing it is returned the same day (please call ahead so we can have this ready for you). Outside of office hours an emergency call out charge is applicable. For more information please click here.


Our Contractors

As well as our in house maintenance team we have a select few contractors who will on occasion visit your property. We thoroughly check all credentials periodically including professional certificates and insurance. We ask that all of our contractors follow our Code of Conduct: Considerate Contractors and Code of Conduct: Working with Lincoln Digs.  These outline expected behaviours from our contractors, Lincoln Digs and our tenants.
