Lettings Administrator – Full time – Permanent – 37.5 hours per week
About the role:
This varied role is predominantly office based, Monday to Friday 9-5 with occasional Saturday working required (around 2 to 4 per year). For any out of office appointments, a company vehicle or fuel allowance will be provided.
Assisting and reporting to the company directors, your duties would include:
Replying to incoming correspondence
Booking appointments and sending tenant notifications
Raising maintenance requests and liaising with external and internal contractors
Scheduling of Property certificate visits
Preparing tenancy paperwork
Accompanied property inspections with a member of our maintenance team
Updating of our software system and Website
Other general administration as required for the daily running of the office
About the applicant:
The ideal candidate will be hard working and have strong administrative and organisational skills. Experience in either a property management or lettings environment is essential.
An ARLA qualified candidate would be desirable however not essential as we can support the successful applicant through this qualification.
A full driving licence would also be an advantage
Salary is above minimum wage and will be dependent on the applicants previous experience.
