Alongside looking after a portfolio of student housing in Lincoln to an excellent standard, Lincoln Digs are also 1 of 102 local organisations currently committed to the principals of the Lincoln Social Responsibility Charter
A few ways we have been able to make an impact are below:
SU Food Bank
As our tenants vacate our student houses over summer, they are asked to leave any unopened and in date food items in the property rather than throw them away. Our team then collect these from around Lincoln and drop them off to the SU food bank.
We also offer our office as a donation point for our tenants and drop these over to to SU.

Sponcerships
We have previously Sponsored a number of local events and teams, such as the Lincoln Imp trail – you may even see this cheeky Imp in his full painted glory in our office as we were lucky to be the winning auction bid!
Mattress Protectors
We provide a waterproof mattress protector free of charge to every tenant. This means less mattresses in landfill and less damage charges for tenants!
Our commitment to Electric Vehicles
We strive to have as many of our fleet electric as possible and we have managed to convert All 3 Viewings cars and 2 of our 3 maintenance vans over to electricity, meaning 5 less gas guzzling motors on the roads of Lincolnshire!
