Very student friendly and has some amazing properties. Attentive.

Communication is excellent and reassuring. Don’t be scared to raise any issues big or small about the property with them as they are happy to sort them out when necessary. They’re a really genuine friendly agency which is rare with student housing companies. While it’s still a business they want you to be happy living in the property!

They are very helpful and understanding. They always look to provide the best they can, whether something is wrong or they are looking to improve the property.

I stayed in a house with Lincoln Digs last year and couldn’t recommend them more highly. All issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently and every maintenance person that visited were always very friendly and also all office staff were always extremely helpful! Was very sad to leave our lovely house but glad we picked Lincoln Digs for our final year!

Can not fault, always friendly and any problems they come either the same day or the day after. Truly recommend them as a University letting place, you know your problem will be looked at and fixed and give updates as when they have heard anything about the problem.

Lincoln digs were fantastic! 2 years and 2 houses. Nothing was ever a massive problem for you guys. Best landlords ever!!! Many memories made in both our 2nd year and 3rd year houses. Would love to see what they looked like now! If I could give you 10 stars I would! Xx

Lives with for two years and the company was fantastic throughout. Everything was always working and if anything (and this included a roof tile on the garden shed) broke it would be fixed within a week. Great prices including excellent internet and tv channels. Cannot recommend this company enough!

Digs are good made it really easy for viewing and signing of the house collection of keys and moving in was smooth and they're very quick to answer any questions we my have regarding the property
