Early Surrender of Tenancy Fee
If you have signed a tenancy agreement with us and wish for us to re-let your room, we will charge a fee of £50 including VAT which will be chargeable only once the new tenant has signed. This is the only time Lincoln Digs will charge a fee to a tenant. This does not include rent or damages.
