If you are looking for Student Accommodation in Lincoln, look no further. Lincoln Digs are accredited by the University of Lincoln Student Union Accreditation Scheme, are Propertymark members, and registered with the PRS. We have over 18 years experience in choosing the right properties for students in Lincoln. We know that budget is a priority, but you also want a clean, fresh and safe place to live and study.

We take great pride in offering superior accommodation with easy payments and immediate response to any of our tenants needs.

Wi-fi is standard throughout our furnished properties, and all bills are included.  Your rent can be paid in line with your student finance, with no signing  fees and no deposit is required.

As one of our tenants you’ll be seen as a person, not a number, and we’ll do all we can to keep a big smile on your face while living in ideally located Lincoln Digs accommodation.

All our properties have wi-fi  as standard, and all bills are included.

Bedrooms – all have a double or 3/4 bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.

Kitchens – all have a washing machine, fridge freezer, hob and oven and vacuum cleaner.

Living/Communal rooms – all have a sofa, coffee table,  (TV not provided in all properties, so please check the individual property advert or ask at your viewing), and where possible, dining table and chairs.
