We know that budget is a priority, but you also want a clean, fresh place to live and study.

Wi-fi is standard throughout our furnished properties, and all bills are included.  Your rent can be paid in line with your student finance, with no signing  fees and no deposit is required.

As one of our tenants you’ll be seen as a person, not a number, and we’ll do all we can to keep a big smile on your face while living in ideally located Lincoln Digs accommodation.

Bedrooms – all have a double or 3/4 bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.

Kitchens – all have a washing machine, fridge freezer, hob and oven and vacuum cleaner.

Living/Communal rooms – all have a sofa, coffee table, TV stand (TV not provided), and where possible, dining table and chairs.
