Kate

Kate has been with the team for 3 years as our maintenance co-ordinator. After three years in charge of scheduling and issuing our job sheets and co-ordinating our contractors and subcontractors Kate is now going to be moving across to the Lettings team, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge of our portfolio. At home Kate organises her 3 boys and their various and numerous sports groups and activities so she is such a perfect fit for the role of looking after our tenants needs. Kate is also our unofficial team social planner and is always on the look out for different things for our team to do together to blow off some steam throughout the busy lettings year!
